What We Do and How We Work We manage the onboard process of our clients’ data, from initial implementation to ongoing updates and maintenance. We meet with our clients to research and analyze their unique data formats, selected transmission methods, and how we can apply the correct business rules to accurately represent their data in our environment. We also manage conversion of “quick turn” data files needed for statistical modeling projects.
The Data Acquisition Specialist works closely with our Production Operations Team, Business Development team, and Account Managers to ensure client data is accurately loaded to our database.
Requirements
What You Need to be Successful in This Role

• Experience and passion for data and the ETL life-cycle
• Experience in analyzing raw consumer data
• Meticulous attention to detail and an end-to-end responsibility approach
• Strong desire to identify ways to minimize manual processes or errors through automation processes, and sound workflow
• Natural curiosity to pursue the meaning of data outliers
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with external and internal clients
• Work well in a deadline driven environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills - You will have several file conversion projects in the works at any given time, all at different stages of their process
• Sense of humor and a positive attitude
• Be flexible and adapt to change quickly - This is a small company so we are continuously innovating
• Work well in a team and independently

• Receptive to feedback from stakeholders (account managers and their clients)

Nice to Haves

• SQL / Relational database experience
• Coop database experience a plus

• Linux experience a plus

Additional Details:

• Location: Remote
• Salary Range: $52,500 - $62,500
